Meet Wanqiu (wan-choo) Chen, MBA— a Senior Associate in our Construction Consulting practice. She leads high-performing teams in providing utilities clients with program and project management solutions, as well as process optimization strategies. She also specializes in financial forecasting, data analytics, project budget controls, and cross-functional communications. With a combined background in civil engineering and business, Wanqiu enjoys solving complex challenges and driving daily impact.
