At Unamano, we believe interactions between individuals form the foundation of all organisations. The nature of these interactions makes a direct impact on the quality of relationships between people, as well as how they feel about what they do and who they work for.
Most of us intuitively understand that people are more likely to give their best when they feel supported by a kind and compassionate organisational environment. What we feel less certain of is how to create and cultivate those qualities, especially in the workplace.
